The world of work partner from Italy has been represented by a regional pasta factory "LA MOLISANA" which supplied our students with pasta to carry out the Italian workshop that took place in our school's kitchen .The responsible of this workshop organized a visit to the factory during the meeting in Italy to let all foreign delegations see the various steps in the production of pasta. During Christmas time students created a nativity with pasta . The pasta factory was created as the "Molise" craftsman shop in 1912.
In the years that followed, the pasta industry grew stronger and "La Molisana" was establishing itself as a leader in the production of durum wheat (semolina) pasta. The intrinsic quality of the product is its ability to keep the balance between the antique culture and the land, using the most up-to-date technology as these are the factors that have determined the success of the historic brand "La Molisana".
